This letter is my personal recommendation for Mike Sisk. Until recently, Mike worked for me as a consultant for several years. I found him to be consistently pleasant to work with, tackling all assignments with dedication and resourcefulness. Besides being a pleasure to work with, Mike is a take-charge person who is able to present creative ideas and communicate the benefits. We successfully completed the financial portions for two private stock offering perspectives, resulting in substantial savings to the Company versus going outside the Company. He also developed a reporting software model to consolidate subsidiaries for internal and external reporting for the $1.6 billion company, resulting is substantial saving to the Company thru efficiencies in their reporting processes. Though he was an asset to the financial reporting system efforts, Mike was also extraordinarily helpful in other areas of the Company. In addition to developing the reporting model he helped set up a tracking program for stock and stock options and helped set up a process for segment reporting within the Company. Mike is a true professional! You can tell when you talk to him, knows what he’s doing, and he knows how everything needs to be setup.
